Spa Etiquette-
Advise the Spa receptionist if you are pregnant or have any health problems. During the treatment please give the therapist feedback on your particular needs.
Please remember to book your treatment in advance, ideally when making your room reservation.
Please arrive on time for your treatment, so you have time to acclimate. If you should arrive late - we might adapt your programme to the time left available.
Cancellation: As your treatment will be reserved and in consideration of other spa guests, we ask you to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, for packages 7 days in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged with 90% of the treatment price listed.
Choosing the right clothes: We are happy to provide you with robes, slippers and towels. If you would like to use the pool, please remember to bring a bathing suit. As it is common in Germany to use the sauna area without bathing suits, we do provide extra towels to cover. For the body treatments, we recommend you to undress completely. You will be provided with special underwear and the therapist will keep your body draped with towels and only expose areas being worked on.
There are no restrictions concerning age to use the spa, so we ask you - when traveling with children not to leave them unattended in our pool area. To preserve the relaxing atmosphere, we ask you to keep silent or speak quietly.
